Mr. Hero - Brunswick

As soon as I stepped out of my car to enter the restaurant, the owner rushed outside while speaking on his phone, yelling at me that he was calling a tow truck because he believed I was heading to the adjacent establishment. I will never return to this business.

I would give this place a 0/5 if I could. Communication is definitely not their strong point. We parked in a plaza lot and returned to find a sign and a note on our car claiming "Mr. Hero parking," even though they weren't open and there were no clear signs when we arrived. A staff member came out and rudely yelled at us, blaming us for not reading the signs on their building instead of the parking spaces. Their behavior was incredibly rude and completely uncalled for. I recommend choosing a different restaurant with better management and customer service.

This is definitely the best Mr. Hero we've ever visited. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the kitchen is immaculate and very clean. The food is consistently fresh, less greasy, and tastes better than at any other Hero location. Although we now live in Florida, we make it a point to visit this place every year when we come to see family in Strongsville, dining here as many times as we can before we head back home. Keep up the fantastic work!

The food is prepared swiftly, usually within five minutes of ordering, and it is consistently served hot and fresh. The restaurant also features options that are kid-friendly for younger diners.

I had the worst sandwich I've ever encountered. The bread was burnt, and the overcooked meat was simply terrible.
