Mr. Shuck's Seafood - Brunswick

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. While on vacation, I visited the beach and ended up here, which I absolutely loved. We ordered the last feast, and it came with a generous amount of food. I also tried the watermelon margarita with a sugar rim, and it was delicious! Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The food was excellent. The fried green tomatoes were scrumptious, and the fried oysters were juicy and cooked to perfection. The owner came to check on us, and we had a wonderful conversation. The service was fantastic. We wish it weren't so far away, but we'll definitely be returning!

We had originally planned to go to another restaurant, but due to a power outage there, we ended up here. I like to think of it as divine intervention! This place deserves more than 5 stars! It was hands down one of the best seafood meals I’ve had in years! I ordered the blackened snapper, and it was cooked to perfection—so moist and flaky that I almost needed a spoon to eat it. I also added the black shrimp, which were fantastic! The garlic potatoes were delicious too. Here’s a tip: carefully place the garlic potatoes on your plate, then dip them in the incredibly tasty drawn butter at the bottom of the bowl—it’s even better than tartar sauce. Needless to say, we will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I stayed here at the first night we spent in the area. We would highly recommend it. Great food...big service....become also helpful tips for future experiences. Enjoy!

My experience was so so. No complaints about the wait for food, I saw an obvious long line when I arrived. I enjoyed the most of my meal except the crabs, I actually have them to someone else because they did not hit for me. The shrimp sausage and potatoes were good otherwise. I really like the orange hot sauce that was made available, it's not as liquidity as traditional hot sauce, I'm unsure if it is a mr. Shucks special.
