I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was terrible, and the manager was rude. They offered to replace a meal from the night before, but when I got home, the Good Rush sandwich was dry and lacked sauce. The steak sub was supposed to be made without onions or peppers, but it had both. They also forgot my drink. When I went back to pick up the replacements, I only received the two sandwiches. The manager was very unfriendly; she put the bag down without saying a word. I had expected her to replace my entire order, but she didn’t. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. The service was also commendable, receiving a solid rating of 4. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout the meal. The atmosphere, while pleasant, was a bit average, earning a rating of 3. It had a casual vibe, but nothing particularly special stood out. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially for their fantastic food at a reasonable price.

The handicap accessible is not very accessible. Doors are hard to open and women's stall is too small. Need push buttons. Thanks to a customer helping hold the door while entering and exiting and staff members holding the doors for when the handicap person went to the bathroom. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

"This is a decent spot, but it doesn't really stand out. The dining area was filled with RedHat customers. Parking was an issue as there weren't nearly enough handicap spaces, and the existing ones were not clearly marked. Service-wise, I opted for takeout. For lunch, the price per person ranged from $10 to $20."

The must have been under staffed or overwhelmed today. They were messing up everyone’s order. Had people waiting over 20 minutes on food. Their orders were still wrong.
