Stroker's Bbq - Brunswick

I come to this special place every couple of days because I love the ambiance that is part of this restaurant. The crew is highly helpful and well trained. The service is very rapid. Not to mention, the food they prepare is outstanding. I frequent many times and I was always joyful. The pay is fair. I highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

So....... The food truck. It's NOT GOOD. Pulled pork- no flava-flave. For real though, needs salt and yeah, flavor. It just lacked. Bbq sauce barely had flavor. Got the vinegar slaw for the sandwich and I didn't taste vinegar AT ALL, We also got the thick cut bacon chicken ranch sandwich and I shoulda took a picture of that weak ass limp bacon.. . Thick cut my ass. Ranch barely had flavor, bun was a soggy mess we didn't even eat. Soooooo disappointing.

What could be better than BBQ and a bakery in one! Delicious food from wonderful people :

We had some pulled pork sandwiches and Mac and Cheese from Stroker's outside of Smoketown Brewing Station. It was the best bbq I've had in Maryland.

Tried this for the first time at Mad Science Brewing. Pulled pork was delicious, the NC-style sauce was perfectly balanced. Oh and they have bacon mac-n-cheese. Great prices, great food.
