Subway - Brunswick

Great service with all of the workers that have been there when I would come in for a late last minute dinner. Everything is always fresh and kept clean. The restaurant inside in general is very clean always stocked up.Side note -The shopping center is a little rough around the edges. Don't bring your coupons here to this location since it's a franchise.

Gal was nice but we received a coupon in the same area code and this was the only store that doesn’t accept them. They are the only store that does not honor them. They rip people off at the end with their coupons. The gal was nice but I asked if the mozzarella cost more but proceeded to charge me at check out. Not happy!

The staff gave my curbside order to the wrong person while I was waiting in my car. The owner, Jen, did zero investigation, didn't admit the mistake, and instead accused my family and me of trying to scam the store. We visit this store frequently and NEVER go into the store after making a curbside order. She refused to remake the order and said she was not giving away free food. The staff was very apologetic and even attempted to pay to remake the order out of their own pockets, which I didn't accept, but appreciated. The owner is cynical and unfit to manage anyone, let alone operate a store. I can't help but think this is all because I have a Hispanic name. : I will not patronize this store or any other business JAA DAA of Ohio LLC operates.

Owner doesn't inform customers with sign on door by store hours that location does not accept coupons. So I ordered a footlong sub, having coupon for that for 5.99, only to be told a checkout after food was already made and could not be refused, that coupon would not be accepted. Owner has right not to take coupons, but has an obligation to inform customers ahead of time, so they can make an educated decision whether or not to patronize location. Otherwise, it's being very deceptive. I'm sure of I had not paid almost $4 more than the coupon amt, police would have called on me for refusal to pay for prepared food. Shame on this owner for not informing customers up front before ordering.
