The best Japanese restaurant ever! they can eat there, but no server, they must order at the doorstep. sushi came in a styrofoam box, grabbing soy sauce that they all stand over when they try to open it. hibachi steak was bland. all with the acknowledgement that requires a tipp. they get better Japanese food from cvs!
Weird set up. Order when you walk in the door. All your food including soup are served in styrofoam. Food was bland and we did not have a good experience overall. It’s expensive and not worth it.
Sadly I looked at the over all reviews and not the recent reviews. I'm guessing since COVID hit they geared their business more for take out. You order and pay at once at entrance area. Everything is served in styrofoam. Had to ask for chopsticks and cup for soy sauce. The front of house is staff of one. She sat on your table 3 container of some type of mayo mixer. Not sure what they where meant for. We just ordered rolls and edamame. The flavor. The rolls tasted fresh but no flavor. All could taste is avocado. Edamame was boiled but no seasoning, not even salted.
Not bad place. Steamed beef dumplings and the Brunswick Roll was actually pretty good. But the setting and atmosphere of the place was less than what I expected or hoped for. Felt more like than just a Chinese takeout place
