Hardee’s - Brunswick County

Filthy interior soda machine not working. Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast burrito with no other customers in line or waiting for food.

We will never go there again. My husband ordered a plain cheeseburger. I ordered a chicken sandwich. He ordered a small chocolate shake. The machine apparently gave her a hard time and took so long she had to sign back in to the register to complete our order. The shake was only 1/2 full and she said she had to clean up first and was mad she was 1/2 hr late getting off work. Then when his burger came it was so burned and dried out and the cheese wasn't melted..just a cold piece of yellow cheese thrown on top. The entire thing looked like it had been stepped on. The bus flat and dried out. My sandwich was plain although I ordered the original. Nothing on it but the piece of chicken. Both items went into the garbage after a couple of bites. Last stop at Hardee's for us.

My card was charged twice on 3/13/24. I didn’t catch it until 3/15/24. At that time I called and spoke with a manager who apologized and she had no problem writing my name down for a credit as I visit this location multiple times a week for my kids breakfast. On today 3/19/24 I stop to get my kids breakfast and tell the guy at the window I have a credit in the office for the exact amount of 7.97 he proceeds to ask me if I have proof. In the moment not thinking I begin to look at my bank transactions to show him “proof” which I should not have had to do. However, before I could get to it he handed me my food and said it was ok. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint.

One of the cleanest Hardee's that I've been inside in a while. The cashier was very pleasant as well, which is also harder to find nowadays. Will definitely be stopping by more often for breakfast on the way to work.Accessible entry into the restaurant too. Whether you are in a wheelchair or your eyesight is failing, like my mom's there isn't a sidewalk that you have to step up on to get inside.The parking lot provided a great space to be able to park without struggling to get in or out.

I wish I could give 0 stars.... The NASTIEST fast food establishment I 've ever been into. Stopped in to get lunch while my dad had surgery at the hospital up the road... Was told they weren 't serving lunch yet, I had to order breakfast... Immediately after ordering the menu switched to lunch... Ok whatever. In the half hour I was there I watched the ìdiot on the register touch cash and immediately turn around and touch people 's food. NO GLOVES, NO HAND WASHING.No wonder their health score was a 93?... The place was FILTHY! Saw numerous people come in after me and leave before me with their food while I continued to wait. It was a small simple order should have took 5 minutes max. Employees and their manager are rude, lazy and disgusting and I wouldn 't have fed that food to a stray dog. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself from food poisoning and go literally anywhere else.
