When entering the counter to order, the employee looked at us, then continued to stock for a good minute. Out of meatballs, it was 5 pm. All the veggies were covered with discolored tops, therefore, I could not see my topping options. Then when I cashed out, it asked for a tip for the server.?
If where I could be no stars!Nothing was stocked ! Meats, condiment, most veggies, breed was old .Had teen working well they call them selfs working .Was more worried about talk there day instead of help Customers. Poor customer service an poor food quality give a bad name to the subway here in Brunswick ga. I hope the store on an manager pay more attention to the employees they hair to Represent the store an chain name !
I have never had a problem with subways service at all until today. i ordered through the app and waited at least 7 minute before it said “building”. it said the estimated time to pick up was 7:20 which i had already waited 20 minutes for it to be done. so my significant other decides to go pick up the food. comes to find out they haven’t even started making the order due to not having flat bread. yet they couldn’t contact me and tell me that. had to wait an extra 15 minutes just for them to do the order. ridiculous. and still failed to get the order correct.
Bread has always been fresh. Ingredients(meats and sides) have been fresh. Soft drinks are not watered down. Things are what you expect.
