A small group of us were taken to this restaurant by our friend John, who had been there before and couldn't stop talking about it. It exceeded our expectations - we loved the cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional staff. We will definitely be returning soon. The Gorgonzola gnocchi was outstanding. The bar staff went above and beyond - thank you for a fabulous night, Sergio.

The food at this restaurant was amazing. We were exhausted after a busy day in Melbourne and almost didn't go out for dinner, but we're so happy we did. The dishes were simple and authentic, packed with delicious flavors. We managed to stay awake and enjoy every bite. The restaurant had a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere that was perfect for tired travelers like us.

Hands down the best Italian restaurant in Melbourne. I've visited the Stonemill several times and can honestly say it is consistently good. The food and wine are incredible and always brings a smile to my face. In particular their gnocchi is the best I've ever tasted! I love the exposed brick interior, soft candlelight and italian music which adds to the ambience, and the friendly and professional wait staff really elevate the experience. A great spot for an intimate dinner or with friends. It's not often you find a restaurant that is able to delight all senses, but the Stonemill does it with ease.

Under new management with the brilliant chef now the new owner. Excellent service. Food just as great as ever. Seafood spaghettini 10/10, home made gnocchi ragu 10/10.
