The highlight of Exki is definitely the soup. In a city that is frequently cold and rainy, having a go-to spot for soup is essential, and Exki doesn't disappoint. They consistently offer a fantastic variety of vegan soups at a reasonable price, with the option of bread or gluten-free corn crackers. While I have sampled other items on the menu, I always find myself coming back to their delicious soup.
This place was just around the corner from my hotel and I loved their food. They label everything so you can see what items are vegan. I ate at Exki in Brussels (where I found it), Amsterdam and Paris (airport). This place was such a game changer to find on my trip because I could quickly buy a sandwhich and keep it for later in the day in my bag just in case I couldn’t find anything vegan later when I got hungry. All the food I had tasted amazing and I tried multiple items throughout my trip. Their sandwiches were my favorite and I loved their chia pudding. I wish they would open up spots in America because I genuinely really liked their food.
The falafel at this restaurant is excellent and affordable, with the tahini sauce being vegan-friendly and meat options available as well. However, please note that they only accept cash and do not take Visa or MasterCard.
I LOVE this place it has so many options for vegans! Mostly everything is organic and seasonal. Vegan things are clearly marked and the food is alway fresh! Love the food! You can either take out or eat at the place
