Interesting place. The food is so-so, the tables are a bit sticky, the waiters get the orders wrong, but it certainly has its own atmosphere and it's worth visiting for this atmosphere Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I have been going to the African sun since 2010. I don't know if it has been resumed or what but very disappointed with my last visit. 1) we eat our meal, there is the new manager at the table who puts on his music which is not crazy but so be it. There are fridges now too which take up a lot of space in the interior room 2) we see a MOUSE passing through the room when we are eating, the manager sees it and says nothing. 3) my boyfriend goes to pay, he pays in cash. I saw the cash register, not him. It is displayed at 28euro50, the manager tells him “30 euros is good”. So basically the guy is stealing from his customers based on the actual bill if they don't do the math. In short, a shame, it was one of my favorite addresses.

Very friendly service, the staff spoke English, which was very welcoming, and even our late arrival. Food was great, definitely try the Samosas and the different beers they have. Will come back when I'm in Brussels!

Amazingly sorted plated options, generous and very good priced. Pleasant staff! Loved everything on my vegetarian plate and they have a variety of non vegetarian options as well! If you are in Brussels and are looking for an African pleasure, just eat there!
