Lunch Garden Bruxelles - Brussels

Very nice and affordable food, very kind staff, all very clean. The Vol au vent the Boulettes and the Tiramisu are very nice. Moreover, they accept restaurant cards 'ticket restaurant', as Endenred), which is nice, as many Belgian companies use them.

Used to go to lunch garden very often as a child. The ballekes met tomaten saus and fries are still the best I've eaten so far. It's one of the few places I also take a dessert. Great chocolademousse!

Lunch Garden is a chain discount indoor seating lunch and diner restaurant (it's similar to Denny's for people of the US). You can eat Belgian classics here like mussels with french fries (sometimes even à volonté, which means as much as you want), meatballs, beef or chicken ragout and steak. There's also a salad and dessert bar. It's not bad for the price (meals are on average € 15), but most of the items are on the level of cantina food, so don't expect to find any refined cooking here. Most has been preheated and surely much of the vegetables came from tins and are not fresh. But if you're looking for a quick filling meal at a near unbeatable price for Brussels, surely check it out. Don't bring a date here: it's not romantic' and they'll think you're a cheapie :

Great restaurant in inno shopping center. perfect for a quick sarg or some sweet food. they also offer actual meals and menus for decent prices for lunch.
