Mcdonald's - Brussels

My burger was boring and the toilet cost money to use even when being a customer

Typical European McDonald's. I was given a sprite that tasted funky! I returned it just to get the exact same thing. Several back and forth with the server didn't get me anywhere. The store manager got involved... he tasted the drink and realized that they had run out of Sprite syrup. The manager corrected the issue promptly.

The food at this McDonald's is very tasty. The service is very good as well, although it may happen that, by mistake, some small items in your order could be missing (e.g. the sauce). However, they are always ready and willing to correct their error when announced by client, even the following day. Which should be appreciated. The atmosphere there depends on the day of the week and the time. When it's crowded (i.e. weekends and late afternoons during working days), the tables are not always clean. In a nutshell, the team at McDonald's in Docks Brussel does a great job and I do recommend the place.
