Pilar - Brussels

Firstly, 13,8€ for a bowl of spaghetti bolognaise on a university campus is, in my opinion, really overpriced. Just good to know if you come here, prepare to spend like a non-student. Secondly, I found a bit of plastic on the edge of the bowl when the waitress brought the food. She was very nice about it, but there wasn’t much to do except take it out and start eating with a bit of unrest not ideal. Otherwise it’s chill student vibes so if you come here for drinks or any other food than the 14€ bowl of pasta you should be fine.

My first step into the ULB campus dragged there by friends. Found a bar with a great vibe close to the University dormitory with plenty of side structures and events (concert hall). Loved the drinks and the chat in a very informal ambiance with a public of all ages. Staff easily speaks English. To recommend to the long-lasting inhabitants of Auderghem and Ixelles, if they are looking for new places. I'm told it will now close for 2 months during the Summer break?
