Deplorable service, one of the servers is not awake at all. We placed an order for rice which never arrived and we think we will pay for it. He tells me that there is no longer a dish on the menu but I hear another person ordering the same dish from another waiter and receiving it. Frankly it wasn't working and other customers were complaining. We received our incomplete order after 1 hour, which is outrageous. Africans, we will never evolve if we continue to botch customer satisfaction! It is time to seek excellence! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
