Tried this place for the first time today. Great possibility of not returning. Ravioli fritta was the best thing out of all things we ordered although it tasted similar to pizza rolls just doused it sauce .. I got the chicken piccata no mushroom chicken was so tough I couldn’t eat it(manager comped it so no biggie, I shared my daughter’s food! Little one just had plane pasta with marinara, no sure why but it seemed as if we were eating spaghetti noodles with tomatoe soup? Soooo sweet to taste! Wierd! My husband he got chicken fettuccine Alfredo, that he had to season to his liking? Very unsure of that and would have been good to know as he was ordering it not as he was being served it, He put pepper salt and parm but just tasted so bland no matter the amount , which was upsetting. Our waiter Mia , she was nice but we had to ask for refills instead of it being noticed.. and even then only I got one and hubby didn’t. The place was so quiet im sure kitchen people heard our convos since we could surely hear there’s. No sure if this is a place we would return too, definitely was not worth the money we spent.
I went on a date to this restaurant with my wife and we had a very bad experience..the food is terrible, they made a mistake on my order and gave this pasta that it looked like few days old and no enough alfredo sauce.. I am half Italian and a chef.. I worked in many restaurants around the country and have been to many Italian restaurants but I never been to one with so poor quality in the food and service.. Absolutely terrible place ..
I'm sorry to say that wat was one of my favorite places to eat is no longer a choice for me. Since reopening they have struggled to figure out who they are. Servers no servers order at the counter to now being set by a host/hostess. I went for lunch on Saturday and there were 2 cars in the parking lot. Walked in and was greated by a host. He looked at us and then down at his seating chart then back at us. I looked to my left to see there were two tables dinning. He looks bask down and ask if we had a preference... after responding he says one moment and then enters some information into a computer or something. We are finally seated and handed a menu. There are two guys talking rather loudly where you used to place your order. After about 30 to 40 seconds of listening to them I was about to ask if they could come and acknowledge us. Before I could do so, one of them used the F-word rather loudly. I turned to him and said that I didn't come here to be forced to listen to his vulger conversation. He did not say anything. I asked him who has ruined this restaurant. No response so we left without eating. This was my favorite place to have pizza. I won't be back.
Hostess walked up to the counter where we were waiting and didn’t even acknowledge our presence. Looked at her book for a minute then walked off without a word. Came back a few minutes later and asked if we had a reservation. Place is half empty and she’s apparently concerned about fitting us in. Never cracked a smile. Never said hi or welcome or anything remotely friendly. Sat us by the bar. Our chicken dishes were both so overcooked the chicken was rubbery. It didn’t taste bad but certainly wasn’t anything you should serve a customer. No veggies or breadsticks with the meal. Maybe meal is little presumptuous … a piece of chicken with a watery sauce on the plate and a little bowl of supposedly fresh spaghetti on the side. On a more positive note the young lady who waited on us was attentive and friendly. Including a decent tip for her service we paid $40 for two plates of rubber chicken and two glasses of water. Not exactly a stellar experience. Dietary restrictions: On the dietary front they offer a gluten free pizza but it is made on the same counter by the same hands as the other pizza and cooked in the same oven. We saw that upfront and knew right then that this wasn’t really a celiac option.
