Muriel’s Gf Bakery, Llc - Bryan

I requested hamburger buns and lemon pie from Muriel's GF bakery for a family member that was visiting and it was absolutely a hit!!. My cousin said this is the BEST GF food she ever eaten and she lives in a big city that has GF bakeries but none of them cannot even compare with Muriel's. Thank you so much for wonderful GF foodies!!!! We definitely will be back!!!

I've been a customer of Muriel's for 4 years now ever since I stumbled upon her pastries at the now closed Tipsy Bean. Some of my favorite items are her Scones, Pumpkin Bread, Lemon Pie, Pie Shells in general, and her cookies. It is absolutely astonishing to me how she can produce what she does with the limited number of staff she has. If you have Celiac's or an intolerance to Gluten and live around Bryan, Texas locating a baked good from Muriel's will absolutely be worth it.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free

This bakery is adorable, absolutely delicious food, and fair prices!! Not to mention Muriel is lovely and a delight to support. Their chocolate chip cookies were the best we have ever had. A must try!!

Spoke with the representative on the phone and asked to make an order that I said I was planning to pick up from them. The lady seemed pretty dismissive and rude even when I made a point to be very courteous and understanding. Was told at first that they weren’t willing to take an order this late in the week. Another lady from the back overheard and said they could make the order. I was then told that I would get a phone call when it was ready. Verified that they had my number and listened as they read back the order, but never got a call back. Called later after the store was closed (for the weekend) to see what went wrong and the lady said “yeah my colleague told me about that but we never saw you at the store.” Apparently they sold the order earlier at the store. Maybe their baked goods are ok, especially if you have a family member who is limited because of dietary restrictions, but their service,courtesy, and dependability are lacking.

They make the best gluten free items! Everything sweet and savory are delicious. No one will even be able to tell it’s gluten free!!
