Pizza Hut Express - Bryan

I ordered pizza two hours ago, and it arrived cold and dry. The delivery driver knocked on the door and left quickly, so I didn't even see them. I'm extremely disappointed and regret tipping them. The pizza was even dropped on the floor outside my door before I could open it. This experience was not satisfactory. Date of visit: March 13, 2022.

The pizza was incorrect and when I tried to call the restaurant to have it fixed, nobody answered the phone.

I ordered 8 bone-in wings with buffalo sauce, but received dry wings instead. I don't really want to complain, but I just want to make sure they get my order right next time.

They never coated my wings with the sauce I ordered, accidents happen so I was fine. When I called they sent someone out about 20 minutes later he had just the sauce. My wings are now cold. I called again, this time to complain. They referred me to

Every time i order its the same thing. More than an hour to get my order. If i choose delivery its an hour and a half to 2 hours before i see my food. If i go pick it up at the alloted time scheduled its a solid 30 min wait. This location is the only one i fight with time wise. Either its understaffed or just plain irresponsible
