Horrible customer service. I got my food and took it home, It looked great when I unwrapped it. But as soon as I picked up my sandwich the bread is hard. I called the store to let them know and see about getting it fixed. I was told that they have to use old bread first so thats why it's hard. I was also told I could not talk to a manager and they didn't know when one would be in for me to talk to one. Very disappointing, and frustrating. I didn't want a crouton sandwich. The other sandwiches were toasted and had softer bread than mine...
It took 10 minutes for the worker to come out of the back of the restaurant after we hollered and then she was rude.
Out of the 2 Subway locations in Bryan I prefer this location. The service is always friendly and good, the staff may be in the back but they do look out front if not if you just call to the back for someone they do come right out. This of course is a staffing issue not caused by the employees. They are always kind and courteous. I am not sure what the issues with the Subway restaurants in this region but putting enough toppings on any sandwich you order is always an issue (ie, lettuce, tomato, etc... it's like they must think people don't like their veggies. Just ask for more and they are happy to add more. I will continue to return to this location because of the quality and the customer service. Also they take coupons unlike the other location in town.
I have never had subway that was this low quality in my entire life and this is the second time this location has done that , friendly word of advice , get subway by the clock tower, this one is a waste of your time and money.
