Luigi's is the best Italian restaurant in Central Arkansas... and they are now open on Sunday, with all day happy hour! With many tasty, made-from-scratch dishes and friendly service, this community staple never disappoints.
Ordered online. Just wanted a cup of ice with my meal had no problem paying for it but no way to request it without ordering a drink for $2.99 but I indicated that I didn't want a drink, just ice. At pickup, the lady asked if I really just wanted a cup of ice I said yes explained. The food was tasty but only one manicotti a cup of ice for almost $15 (still charged for drink $2.99) is a bit steep in my book. Can't say I'll be back.
Service was PATHETIC, food was good as usual. Waited 30-35 minutes for food and all we ordered was spaghetti meatballs and chicken alfredo. Was told our ticket was lost ?. Overheard our waitress say it is now under new management/owners . Won 't be going back until they get it under control.... #StepYaGameUp
We visited this restaurant based on the review and the menu. It was one of the worst restaurants we have eaten at in Arkansas and that is a hard title to earn. We ordered the following: house salad, Caesar salad, fried zucchini, Margherita pizza, and a calzone. The salads came with both of them small and topped with cheap, oily dressing and bagged cheese shreds. Some lettuce pieces were wilted and brown on the edges. We dipped the fried zucchini in the same supposedly homemade ranch dressing. The zucchini was over-fried and tasted like the fryer needed an oil change. Side note that the Caesar dressing tastes almost identical to the ranch dressing. Strange. The Margherita pizza was super disgusting. Topped with every type of cheese but mozzarella, 2 pieces of basil leaves (maybe? and no tomato to be seen, possibly due to the 50 pounds of cheap processed cheese on the pie (my apologies to all the real pies out there . They need to rethink the labeling of their pizza as this was false advertising at best and gag-worthy at worst. Forget the Calzone. The dough tasted like raw flour soaked in oil (or a stale saltine cracker with no salt, or communion bread, or?. . The filling in the Calzone was weirdly frozen vegetables, repurposed, recycled, and thrown into the bottom of the slog. The entire meal was just completely gross and we started wondering WHO IS WRITING these glowing reviews of this place? Wow! Our friendly server did not time the courses correctly, which means you get to eat everything all at once. We tipped 25%. We left with a smile. We will NEVER, EVER, NEVER return. And we have done our duty of warning other ?foodies? out there. Skip this spot, it?s really bad.
