The Lodge At Bryce Canyon

There are options to make most salads vegan. The tofu bowl was small but delicious. They also offer an Impossible burger. However, be aware that the sides are cooked in butter.

I’ve eaten in a bunch of park lodges and this was one of the better meals. They have a couple of vegan options, a beyond burger and a veg plate. It was ok, even good, bc I wasn’t expecting much at all. We were staying in the lodge so it was convenient and totally fine! So vegans staying at the lodge, you won’t starve.

We were happy that they had vegan options but both vegan bowl and burger were super boring but at least the portion sizes and prices were good.

We stayed at the Lodge at Bryce Canyon for one night and despite previous reviews, decided to eat dinner there after reviewing the menu. It was a relaxed environment and service was great (Ed has a great sense of humor! My husband had a mixed green salad to start which he said was delicious. We both ordered the Tofu Teriyaki Bowls and were blown away by the volume of vegetables, flavors and freshness of this entree. Every component of the large bowl was cooked perfectly from the rice to the numerous veggies to the tofu. Highly recommend!

This review has nothing to do with the nice people who work here. They were excellent and hustling. I am writing to express my disappointment for the planning that goes behind the food. They only had a buffet for dinner, $36 adults, $18 for kids. Dinner buffet vegan options were: Rice (might be cooked with chicken broth, didn’t ask) Rolls Potatoes Asparagus Celery Tomatoes Carrots Cucumbers Sunflower seeds I don’t believe this was worth $36!!! The salads looked ok but had cheese mixed in. One was feta cheese, mandarin oranges and walnuts. The other was Parmesan cheese and lettuce. It was a cool dining room. Made me wonder about the history of the people who may have eaten here. I suspect they had better food back in the day. My husband thought the meat reminded him of a high school cafeteria.
