Ekta - BRYN MAWR

So delicious! always a great experience. I can't wait to have ekta again. highly recommended.

Everything was excellent. we had the chicken tikka masala, simple wobble naan brote, wobble bhaji and gobi manchurian. I'll say that was gobi manchurian.

Overall this place is very good Indian I had in the opposite, tasteful. the highlight of the Indian cuisine is these magical sauces and not this.

I got out of ekta on Thursday night! they are in bryn mawr and are convenient to order and collect. positive: eating was hot and ready as promised. the restaurant staff was polite, service was good! I enjoyed the samosa and chutneys. Possibilities: the chicken in the vindaloo and jalfrezi was cooked over. the gravures tasted similar, the taste profiles did not differentiate enough. Maybe my biggest disappointment was the wobbly bhaji. I love bhaji, these were dry and could add more wobble and less flour (binding). will I have been eating at ekta? Yes, but if I have time, I'll go to the first Indian kitchen.

My normal go-to Indian meals are chicken tikka and butter chicken. When I got it from Ekta, the sauce is heavy on the tomato base, more than my liking. It makes it a bit sour and I prefer the taste from their nearby competitor, Tiffin.
