Villa Maria Au Lac - BS

Un incubo per i malati di asma e polmone!!! Il nostro bagno è stato un disastro: la cabina doccia non ha drenato. Pertanto, l'intero piano è stato inondato dopo ogni doccia. Il personale di pulizia ci ha sempre portato una doppia porzione di asciugamani in modo da poter asciugare di nuovo tutto. Il problema non sembrava affatto nuovo. Il telaio della porta è già completamente nero dalla bagnatura sottostante. La parete sul lato bagno (direttamente accanto al nostro letto matrimoniale) aveva macchie di umidità e muffa fino a mezzo metro di altezza. Il pavimento di parquet in legno di imitazione stava sbucciando e faceva rumori quando camminava perché c'era acqua doccia sotto. Piuttosto igienico. In linea di principio, la stanza non poteva essere affittata perché era estremamente dannoso per la salute a causa dell'infestazione dello stampo. Sfortunatamente, l'abbiamo capito troppo tardi. Purtroppo, la bella posizione e il personale molto motivato non poteva aiutare il fatto che ho dovuto vedere il mio polmonologo dopo il viaggio a casa. Mi è stato prescritto cortisone altamente concentrato per alleviare la mia mancanza di respiro causata dallo stampo. Grazie!

Really great location right on Lake Garda with a very nice lakeside area and small garden park. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit old and not up to date a bit musty and noisy. Great little balcony with a view of the lake and parking available. Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't particularly good (dry rolls, mediocre selection), although the view from the terrace while having breakfast made up for everything else. Very dog friendly Rooms: 3

We spent a relaxing week in the hotel. The location is beautiful. Sitting on the terrace in the morning having breakfast and enjoying the beautiful view of Lake Garda is a good start to the day. We booked half board and the food was really very good. Only the breakfast could have more choice (sausage, cheese, jams and especially fruit , and the rolls are often relatively firm/hard. However, in our opinion, the positive aspects of this hotel increasingly outweigh the staff (reception, restaurant and chambermaids . We would particularly like to highlight the service in the restaurant. Whether it was Jacomo, Elisa or Laura, they pampered us courteously. Thank you three. : We had a deluxe double room which was beautiful. The bed was very large and comfortable and you had a partial view of Lake Garda from the balcony. It was also always nice and clean and tidy every day. Only the shower wasn't ok. There are two glass walls that do not have a seal. This means that when we showered, the whole bathroom felt like it was swimming. That really wasn't nice and something had to be done about it. Otherwise we have absolutely nothing to complain about and are looking forward to coming back next year.
