Subway - Bucaramanga

Our large mission group stopped here to eat lunch. Luckily, our Spanish speaker could help us order move the line quickly. Our sandwiches were great the waitresses were efficient nice. They didn't make us feel rushed at all, although there were 35 of us. We were able to find small tables in the mall, just in front of the restaurant.

Subway Centro Comercial Interplaza is a typical and average Subway fast food restaurant. I only went there because a local friend wanted to eat a US Style Sub, i prefer the good local Colombian foods.

Quick and pleasant service. Food always fresh and it is cheaper than the US. Bread always fresh and the location is convenient

Strangest Subway I've been in. I ordered a vegetable 6 and had to ask for more vegetables for each vegetable I ordered. The guy (who was a little creepy) also put a half a slice of provolone cheese on my bread. When I asked for more, he said 50 cents. I just looked at him and asked him to put more on. He handed my sandwich to the cashier and said something in another language. They get two stars only because it was clean and what little was on the bread was fresh. Customer service gets zero stars. ????

Wish I could give 0 stars. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I talked to someone on the phone about an Uber Eats order and he kept yelling the same thing saying you don 't give me money how am I supposed to change? . Could have simply said sorry miss I am not authorized to make that decision. Truly felt unsafe eating my food from here in fear that he would do something to my food. Never ordering from here again.
