Bistro Tormen - Bucharest

All the Romanian classics are here: mici, sarmale, snitzel, ciorba. We paid 160 lei ($40) for 6 people. There was just one waitress working here, and was as nice as she was busy. Place doesn't look like it has been redecorated since the 89 revolution.

Food was decent and cheaper than the surrounding average. The atmosphere is casual, people come here to eat. Staff is nice and the whole experience is as retro as it gets.

As you can see the bowl is broken, the waitress cleaned the table after 4 minutes since I sat on the chair, she left from my table while i was talking and asking for suggestions.The atmosphere was horrible, the only tv was set on bad news, lot of trash.And the biggest con, they don't have Wi-Fi

It's a small place that takes you back to the golden age before our modern times. The food is absolutely amazing and super cheap and the staff is great!You should visit it at least once if you like retro places with no frills! I know I'll come back for sure! :)

Penso di non aver mai pranzato per così poco, i prezzi sono bassissimi e si mangia molto bene! Ci siamo stati due volte ed entrambe le volte con meno di 5€ a testa (equivalente in moneta locale) abbiamo pranzato! Consigliato
