Found this Romanian Restaurant close by our hotel and decided to have dinner there. So glad we did as it was excellent, from the food to the service. Nice garden with umbrellas , and an awning in case of rain. We ordered goulash, with mashed potatoes for main course, which was the perfect choice. It was delicious. A much better option than some of the more well known restaurants so give it a try.
Our tour guide recommended this restaurant for authentic Romanian food where local eat. We were not disappointed! Good location walking distance from old town plenty of outdoor seating great for people watching. Live romanian music (guitar/clarinet/accordion) very cool Great menu of Romanian specialties if you go to google there's an english translation available good beer and wine menu everything hot and tasty. Very inexpensive for the high quality and filling meal. We really enjoyed the food and experience and would recommend to other seeking a true Romanian meal in a cool setting.
Excellent food, good prices, excellent staff, life music, enjoying atmosphere better then other restaurants. Thanks. Vasile Covasa
Situated near Intercontinental Hotel , the restaurant has a great position being close to the University Square. The food is excellent, especially the hunting deer, bear, rabbit, duck, quail) You should try Romanian food at Burebista!
