Sushi Ko - Baneasa Branch - Bucharest

The atmosphere in a mall is kind of cold. So is the service. Sushi is fine, the cook looks like an aser, don't know what kind, otherwise, okay

The food is very good there, but recently the staff began to behave as they are really disturbed by the customers. Several times we went there and we were not allowed to go up because the waiter did not want to serve us there. Kind of ridiculous!... I also noticed that they did not serve warm sushi. In other countries you can order warm sushi, but in this place only cold choice.

The sushi was very poor ,and they had no taste ,the service was bad i didn’t like it!i don t recomend to take meal or dinner there..also they are expensive for what they offer..you guys need something fresh ..thank s for this experience and i...hope you will improve your menu and service!

I went there on Saturday evening before cinema with 2 friends. One of them arrived early and left early and at the beginning asked for a separate bill. She was assured she would have one and it turned out when shed asked for the bill...that she will not get it. The server (we all speak Romanian, so no language barrier here) was rude and said she needs to pay us back and not cause trouble. WHAT? He forgot one order (we were two to order at the same time) He was unpleasant all the time. Did not clean the table but rushed to see if the bill was already paid twice (we wanted to hang out longer, the bill was asked just for that friend).So I'm still eating, the table is full of empty, dirty dishes and the guy is coming to check if we paid. He would not say a word, just open the bill and looked if it was paid. While, I'm still eating! She said she wanted a separate bill you jerk! Anyway, finally we pay (the table is still dirty) and we leave 5% tip, he comes back to say it's not enough. I don't remember being served so bad in Romania, and trust me, they are quite bad here... I regret giving the 5%! All this is such a shame, because sushi actually was not bad, but we all concentrated on the disturbing waiter. He should be filmed ans shown as an example of rude service. In the end she doesn't say good bye when we pass him. He definitely ruined that diner for us and I hope he gets fired!

I've been here several times for lunch, though not a regular. Sushi was always fresh and tasty, service was decent and prices quite high. The location is, in my opinion, not suitable for the quality of the food. Maybe this is the reason the place...is almost always empty.
