Contribuisci feedbackI ordered my food hours in advance through the app and even arrived early, but the experience was disappointing. There was no extra rice or double meat, and my food was served cold. A staff member mentioned it would be ready soon, yet they prioritized multiple other customers before finally handing me my order at 7:43, even though I had requested a pickup for 7:20.
I called the store, and to their credit, they agreed to remake the bowls. However, after paying for delivery, I had to drive there myself to pick up the replacements! And the worst part? They prepared them the exact same way! Who does that? When I called back to express my dissatisfaction, they didn’t deny it. I told them I would never order from them again. Now we’re left without dinner, down $80, and feeling frustrated and hungry! Save yourself the trouble and dine somewhere else!
Between this Chipotle and the one on Waddle, they are both the worst. My bowl is missing the items I ordered and is incomplete overall. The picture I took is before I even started eating. Don’t waste your time and money here; the service is terrible, and they don’t even keep your food warm.
This location is getting worse and worse. Don 't use online ordering here. It 's faster to just drive there and wait in line and get it that way. Everything I order online I end up waiting 20-30 minutes because the online system was down and they have to make it right now Edit: finally got my food took it 20 minutes home and they forgot my kids bag of chips juice box, and my regular size chips were filled about 1/8th of the bag...
Food was good. Girl on line kinda grouchy. The food line did need some cleaning as did the dining area. Manager was on register and went to clean dining area up a bit. Update: Was cleaner today. A bit slow, maybe new staff working. Tried the new pollo asado, seemed a bit spicier than the other meats. But not bad. Friendly staff. Update: 9/3/2022 Walked in for dinner. Ordered the same kids build your own as always. Asked for a bit of lettuce rather than the tortillas. Looked at the reciept once I sat down. I was charged for a steak salad which is a $5 difference. I spoke with the cashier which mentioned that Angel told her to charge it as such. I told him it was not a steak salad to which he responded, it 's because you didn 't want the tortillas . I asked for a bit of lettuce! OMG! I thank Josh, who took care of the problem for me.
