Can't believe i'm writing this but. today on Sept 29th 2023 i came to firehouse to get what i normally get. large hook and ladder on white with ONLY LETTUCE and sub PROVOLONE CHEESE. they handed me my sandwich and there was mayo on it so i took it back. 2 minutes later they handed me it back. not knowing that i worked here before and know the ins and outs of things and policy. they gave me the sandwich with fresh bread and the same meats and just attempted to wipe the mayo off. so i hand it back and they finally remake it, i get it back and the meat was half way steamed. this is very sad they did all of this because it's their rush hour.

I don't like how they ask you to tip the sandwich makers. They are not waitresses or waiters. I think it is very rude to ask for more money from the customers. If they need more money, the restaurant need to give them more earnings. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
