Jersey Mike's Subs - Buckeye

The food is decent, but not outstanding. If you need a cheesesteak in a hurry, this place will suffice. I personally prefer the chicken option over the beef and always add extra cheese and onions. The customer service at this location is usually good.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff at this location were disrespectful and disorganized, which made for an unpleasant visit. They seemed more interested in chatting and laughing among themselves than in serving customers, often ignoring those waiting in line. There was a lack of basic courtesy, such as letting us know they would be with us shortly. I cannot recommend this franchise location; the management here is simply unacceptable. If you're looking for better service, I suggest going to the Verrado location, where management is clearly more attentive. This Watson location has let us down multiple times despite our attempts to give them a chance.

This is the best Jersey Mike's sandwich I've ever had! The guy who made my sandwich was fantastic, and that's why I'm taking the time to write this review. Seriously, he deserves a raise! This was the freshest and most delicious Jersey Mike's experience I've had.

Update: Came in tonight for some phillies, placed my order, they were halfway through cooking my order when they decided to let me stop standing there an ring me out , person rang up our order, 2- giant Phillies ex meat ex cheese, as ringing i see this total surpass the amount as if i ordered 4 sandwiches , just under 82$ for order without chips and a drink. I asked why it was so expensive, person proceeded to tell me jersey mikes charges for extra meat and cheese per sandwich half ! Correct, 4 charges for meat and 4 charges for cheese ontop of the sandwich cost. This is the 2nd time this happened to us at a different location, but same person. Is person scamming customers and pocketing the extra at shift end , pretty sure person is a manager too. Seems all too easy. Welp not this guy ! go scam someone else . Regardless to say we walked out food less and still retained my 82$ . Next stop was freaky good, better, and fast! sorry JM lost customers.

We ended up here for lunch while our electric rental car charged nearby. The cheesesteak sandwiches were fantastic and the buns they use are so light and fluffy. Would definitely eat here again if we are back!
