Pizza Factory - Buckeye

The pizza was fantastic. But what really stood out was the warm welcome from the staff as soon as we walked in, and the excellent customer service we received when placing our order. The lobby was clean and well-maintained, and the food was presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Great job!

First timer: Great customer service we had the veggie pizza and Greek salad! Amazing! The crust tasted fresh and was so good! It was loaded with veggies and the pizza was perfect! Quality was definitely there ! New spot for our family! Thank you!

I ordered food online. A lady called to say they were out of the sandwich I ordered I said just cancel that part. When I went to pick up my order the lady didn't know how to refund me for the sandwich. She took down my number and said when there's a manager in they will call me. I have yet to receive a call and when I call there never a manager there. I paid for food I never got. 8.95 isn't much but the customer service is terrible. I won't waste my money here again. Not how you run your business

We love the pizza here! It’s always fresh and the Buffalo wings are yummy.. when they say a specific time to pick up they have always been ready with our pizza. I feel it’s a hidden pizza gem. My whole family loves it!!

Everyday I call or swing by and nobody is there regardless of the time window listed online.I really miss the food but if the stores permanently closed they should put up a sign or something.Food was good when you could get it
