Secondly, another young woman came to our table with a bag of food, which confused me. She noticed my puzzled expression and asked if we had ordered takeout; I replied no. She sighed noticeably, turned around, and walked away without saying anything. A few moments later, she returned with our soups and said she would get our silverware. When I asked for the toppings, she looked at me as if I were foolish and assured me that’s what she meant to bring. Thirdly, the noodles in my soup were so overabundant that the broth couldn't cook them properly. They were clumped together and overwhelmed, resulting in them falling apart. I understand that cooking noodles takes time, but they soaked up all the broth as well. I finished the vegetables and tofu before attempting the noodles, and they were still undercooked. Lastly, I spotted the first waitress again while she was cleaning the mini fridge. I had to call her four times and eventually had to raise my voice to get her attention (she still had her earpod in). She looked at me as if I were being rude for needing to shout. I told her that we frequently eat here and that I’ve never had soup that looked this way before. She offered to replace it, but I declined. At least the one positive aspect was that she didn't charge me for the soup. This restaurant has always been mediocre, but now it’s below par, and judging by how empty it was, I believe others feel the same way.

The service was excellent, and the food was just as impressive. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection, featuring a tender interior with a delightful crust. The sauce was amazing too. This was my first visit to PT Pho, and I will definitely be returning!

I took my 19-year-old grandson out for lunch before his shift at work. The cashier/server was pleasant, but when we mentioned we were dining in, she simply told us to pick any seat. Unfortunately, every table—not an exaggeration—was dirty! We settled at the cleanest of the dirty tables and waited for her to take our order. It took a few minutes, but it wasn’t excessively long. She then brought us our drinks, and after an 18-minute wait, my grandson’s meal finally arrived. My dish followed eight minutes later. I just don’t understand why they think this is acceptable service. We came in together to enjoy a meal, and it’s clear they need to hire staff who can keep up and take pride in maintaining a clean environment!

I recently moved to Buckeye and was excited to discover a favorite pho restaurant. My wife and I really enjoy their chicken and beef pho. The Thai tea is delightful as well. Victor is great; he always checks in to make sure everything meets your expectations.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. It was very clean, and the staff was attentive. The portion sizes were significantly larger than those at other pho places. I will definitely be returning!
