I placed my order, but after a few minutes, I noticed the three staff members chatting about the cash register while not wearing masks. When I finally got my order, they informed me it would take 122 minutes. I settled into one of the only two available chairs and began waiting as a wave of customers came in. Many opted for online orders or phone calls instead. I tried to be patient as I watched others being served, but I couldn't help but notice several boxes of cheese bread from the store sitting around. Not wanting to be rude, I went upstairs to inquire about my order and was told that they would call me twice when it was ready. After everyone else had been served, I found myself alone at the counter and had to remind them of my order for the fourth time. They finally handed me my now lukewarm food, claiming they had called my name multiple times. The lobby of this establishment is far from pleasant, and the lack of masks only amplified the noise. The staff's attitude was rude not only to me but also towards other customers I witnessed. I understand this isn't meant to be a high-end dining experience, but a bit of courtesy and respect would go a long way. I won't be returning, and if you're in a hurry or feeling worn out, don’t bother waiting 45 minutes for a meal that should take only 12 minutes.

The staff here is outstanding, and the management is fantastic. They even made me a custom cake! Be sure to go inside and ask for Frank’s Pizza with light sauce, butter garlic, and extra cheese—along with extra Parmesan. It’s absolutely excellent!

Good food but service was kinda rude. Was made to wait outside because of no mask. Was told 10 min. Ended up waiting 20 min outside in the wind and cold. But all said and done ended up being really good deep dish

This was my firs visit to this Little Caesar's Pizza. I ordered pizza from this Little Caesar's Pizza place, I had never been there before. It was pretty neat. It has been a few years sence i have been in a Little Caesar's and I was surprised to see you can now have stuffed crust add other toppings. I just got the stuffed crust, a thin crust and a cheesy bread. The thin crust was good for thin crust. Mine was the stuff crust and liked. Know I was not happy with the cheesy bread. It did not have the cheese, the buttery seasoning that I remember. This store was neat, and must be a very popular place because the were VERY BUSY! I would give them a 4 1/2 ?
