Wendy's - Buckhannon

The food at this restaurant is not fresh, especially the fries.

I am gluten sensitive, and let’s just say the gentleman who waited on us (Tyler) went above and beyond to see that I had a great experience at Wendy’s of Buckhannon WV. Thanks Tyler!

Used to be great, but tonight was my 4th time getting a baked potato, and finding a hair in it! How do you even mess up something so simple?

A service worker named Ryan was very rude and act like I was trying to take a hamburger and I even showed him before he believe it after I done showed one of the guy that worked here so yeah other than that ain't abbad

The cashier was impolite, taking orders from customers who arrived after me and serving them first. I had to wait approximately 10 minutes for my food, which ended up being cold. I ordered the chicken nugget biggie bag. The woman behind me left before her order was completed because it was wrong three times. She was allergic to onions and could have had a severe reaction if she hadn't checked her food each time. When I went back to the counter to complain about my food, the person who took my order was rude and became upset when I asked to speak to the manager. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
