Great late night staff,went out of the way to help when the intercoms were broken

I just left this one in Theodore Al,I ordered 3 -5 orders of French toast she only gave me 4 syrups I asked for 2 more she tell me I'm allowed but 4 I tell her I'll pay for it ,I tell her you NEVER TELL A CUSTOMER THEY ONLY ALLOWED ANYTHING you tell them the cost of it I'm paying for this and I already waited a min they always slow I been stop going there I used to go 4x a week on my way to wrk, But now nva again it's to many Options around to Choose from then going here....Retrained your employees ?

Management makes excuses doesn't manage. Needs to train people customer service before they put people at the register. Blonde manager is clueless.

Fresh, hot, accurate food and the csr(might’ve been a manager) was very pleasant and welcoming. She’s a rarity in fast food these days! I had stopped at the one in Moss Point driving down the interstate and it was terrible, old and wrong but I still wanted my chicken sandwich and was so glad this place got it right!

Nothing like trying to give someone food poisoning for the holidays. 3 nuggets are edible no onion rings. Find someone that gives the slightest care about what they are doing. Please.
