I really needed some late night delicious food and a last drink and we found Jacks. Our server Costin was an additional surprise and made us welcome. Take advantage of the visit if you are in Bucharest. Look at Costin!

Bored staff, pizza carbonara with cream intead of egg, altougt in the menu it wasn't mentioned. I don't recommend it...

On holiday got dragged in after constant badgering outside we felt we had no choice but to go in. once sat down we were handed menus quickly. we were sat for about 25 mins before we got asked for our drinks order which then took...a further 15 mins to prepare a bottle of coke and a can off red bull. then proceeded to take 20 mins to order starters. our starters eventually came out however one came out 25 mins before the other came out. the first starter had cold chips when served and the chicken was slimy and the bread crumbs falling off in a poor way. then my friends came out. she had asked for fries not wedges and was still dished with wedges and they were also cold. the chicken wings however were to standard. we decided not to go any further with our meal as we found this shocking and very infuriating. we ended up leaving to go to a restaurant opposite where it was miles better. hope this helps with your visit to romania or this restaurant. id steer clear and find somewhere else with better service and quality.

Went there twice out of three nights,first night wine came but no food order missed out But when we got it great,wine very expensive but food prices good and nice atmosphere

The impudent, waiter did not deign to give the change. We waited 30 minutes with no reaction from him. What a pity !!!! it's openly robbing customers. !!!!! Theft,theft and theft.We wish you good luck and more success in the future. We will report this...situation to the appropriate financial services.
