The Food is excelent and you can get any of your favorite Indian disses. The service is friendly, welcomming an interested in presenting the Food in the Best Way. Thank you to our Young servant!
I went here with my English and my friends to celebrate my birthday. The menu was half Indian, half chinese food (?!)The taste is not authentic indian for example too much lemon in chana masala. The tarka dal was not spicy and super oily. The naan breads were tasty. The door to the kitchen was locked and chef refused to meet us.It is ok quality for a non indian connesieur, but otherwise it is not good value for the money.
This used to be my favorite Indian restaurant and in the past we went at least once a month.Until somewhere in June when, in a Sunday, when we went with a reservation and the waiter sent us home, telling us that the restaurant is closed for renovation. After a while, seeing that was re-opened, we decided to return. We took Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Madras and Corn Mushroom Masala. The experience was horrible. Nothing like in the past. The curries were made with tomato sauce out of the can, artificial at taste and thickened with cornstarch. Taste like ketchup. One thing that made me think was that, after I dropped the plastic tool to grab ice in the Tikka Masala sauce, I was not able to wipe it off, the color was impregnated in the plastic material. Full of artificial colorant. Nothing authentic here. The quality of the meat (Chicken Breast) was also bad - not well cooked and with pieces of cartilage. I don't know what could happen, but the taste and quality was totally different than in the past. My only thought after leaving was that I hoped to stay in good health after eating here.Too bad.
Il peggiore tandori tikka mai mangiato il cameriere si scusato dicendo che il pollo era fresco e non è stato marinato bene
I am a big fan of authentic indian food and i've tried it in many countries on different continents includin india and unfortunately this is not indian food. The taste is simply not there. I also bet that the chef is not indian either. Actually the dishes with tomato sauce would go better with parmesan and pasta than with naan or basmati rice. Neither the naan bread is of right consistency and taste. It might be the case you will eat at this restaurant and like the food, but afterwards say that you've eaten some fusion food or something else, not indian food.By the way, i see there some similar reviews here, unfortunatelly not enough.
