Taverna Covaci - București

This is a great authentic Romanian restaurant in the heart of the old city. eating is amazingly delicious. the personal is wonderful. if they like music especially traditional style music, this is their place. the decor is beautiful and with much porcellan and others ding to catch the eye. You're not sorry to eat here.

Always absolutely amazing Romanian food at reasonable prices. And the staff speak good English and is always helpful. My best restaurant in Bucharest!

Food was very good, vibe was very nice, only one drawback (but it can be advantage for someone was extremely loud live music performed by band and lady with voice of jumbo- jet power . We couldn't speak at all, I couldn't speak to waiter as well. However place is nice, next time I would sit outside thou:

I ordered pork chops but what I got served was more like thick bacon slices. Food was fine. Upon receiving the check the waiter pointed out that tip was not included. And on the bill it was stated 10% good 12% excellent. Quite unnecessary behaviour
