We visited the bar and ordered a round of shots. The bartender told us the shots were 14 lei before we ordered and then charged us 16 each. Its not the 2 lei difference but the principle. He was extremely rood and i wouldnt suggest this...place to anyone.. aparently there is a hidden costs goinf on. Complete idiots
We ate here for lunch after visiting the Palace of the parliament and we were the only people in the restaurant after it had just opened at 2.30pm. The decoration and layout was a bit strange. We ordered two main courses, a beer and a...cocktail and the bill came to 120 lei which was a shock to us since the mains were 60 lei and the beer was 12 lei and 24 lei for the cocktail so they added an extra charge of 20% as service/tax!! Not good! The homemade sausages and meatballs were awesome but because of the extra charge I would not recommend this place.
Recently known as Blues Cafe, the restaurant shares the same building with the Kitsch Museum. Visitors to the Kitsch Museum will receive a 20% discount voucher to be used in this restaurant, so we decided to stop here for dinner. The restaurant has nothing spectacular in terms of meals, decorations or architecture. The food is pretty rudimental. What I didn't love about this restaurant came with the bill. Although the accounts were over 150 Lei, the discount calculated by the waiter was exactly 20 Lei. I tried to understand him that the voucher offers 20% discount from the total and not only 20 Lei. He claimed he didn't understand the difference. After all, we gave up and moved away.
Extremely disappointed, long waiting time and when it comes to...their own speciality you expect to be a restaurant signature.... is made with ketchup....real?
