Contribuisci feedbackI've usually had great experiences at this Dunkin', but my recent visit was filled with issues. The service was extremely slow, and when I ordered a mango refresher, it looked more like watered-down mango. They didn’t seem to mix it at all. I ended up having to stir it myself, and it tasted exactly as it looked—just like bland water. I tried to call to share my concerns, but no one answers the phone, and it seems to be out of service half the time.
The staff was incredibly welcoming and cheerful, making for a fantastic experience overall!
The staff always seem to be in a hurry, and when placing our order, they don't apologize for any confusion. Instead, they start conversing with their colleagues in a foreign language while taking our order. I was a bit taken aback that if I had paid the girl at the register for the drinks and had reminded her about our order, she wouldn't have made that mistake. A little courtesy can make a big difference. It would really help if they paid more attention to their customers instead of getting distracted by other conversations—this could prevent mix-ups and improve the overall experience.
I love this dunkin because he is literally reachable to foot! BOOM..lol
This place rarely gets a mobile order right. I’ve ended up with various drinks and food items that I did not order. Twice in a row now I’ve ordered a chicken bacon cheese croissant and gotten just cheese. Same with specialty drinks — order one, get another.
