We have been to Jimmys for breakfast a couple of times now and it is always excellent. Jimmys is a casual and relaxed coffee place that covers a range of dishes from breakfast sliders and smashed avo to letting us custom a breakfast for our 5 year old. Food is fantastic and great value, if your a bacon and egg fan hit up the breakfast sliders....Most importantly coffee is always on point. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Jimmy's.

On a recent visit to the Sunshine Coast I made a few visits to Jimmy's Catering, Coffee, Eats.... a great central location.... casual comfortable decor.... Grabbed a coffee.... and oh boy what a coffee.... Tim Adams coffee, a locally roasted brew, was the best coffee I've had in ages.... (and I'm from melbourne!!!!)..... the food is fresh and tasty.... the tacos are worth traveling miles for.... get in there for a bite to eat and of course a coffee.... you won't regret it and it won't be your last visit.....

I can't believe that this little gem hasn't been reviewed before.Situated next to a Banjos franchise and almost hidden away as a result it is worth the effort to seek it out. The menu is very straightforward but has been influenced by many elements, Asian and Italian being obvious ones. Jimmy appears to focus on seasonal produce and the dishes we tasted were extremely tasty. The pesto is amazing and was featured in both of our meals. Friendly service and reasonable prices make this a good option for a family breakfast to lunch . There isn't a huge amount of seating so larger groups may face some restrictions being seated together . The coffee was great quality but, if like me you like a big serve go for the largest size available as our regular sized serves, which seemed closer to a babycino size were quickly dispatched and so a second cup was required. My Mediterranean scrambled eggs with spinach feta and chorizo was sensational and I was impressed how so many strong flavours balanced so well in the dish. Nothing overpowered the other ingredients. My wife's bacon and egg roll (apologies if that was not what it was actually called on the menu) was only $8 and was filled with tasty old style bacon pesto tomato relish and a perfectly cooked egg. In summary this is a great spot to catch a quick bite to eat that won't break the bank but will satisfy the tastebuds. Do yourself a favour and seek out Jimmys

This small café is a gem. As a visitor from Melbourne, I was grateful to have found this place during my time here. The coffee is excellent, the staff is always cheerful, and the menu offers a good variety of options at fair prices. The breakfast wrap and coffee deal for $10 is a steal. I highly recommend stopping by this place. While you're here, be sure to visit the fruit shed next door and grab a bargain bucket of fresh produce.
