Budgewoi Charcoal Chicken

My experience was awful from start to finish. I should have taken the cleanliness of the place as a warning sign. Our order was completely messed up; I ordered a chicken burger but received just a bun and a salad, missing four key ingredients. The burger was soggy, and the fries were cold. I ordered two large fries but only received one, and when I asked about the missing fries, I was met with an attitude. I definitely won't be returning.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I constantly receive the wrong orders, and the food is often inedible. The last time I ordered, the coleslaw was buried under a mound of mayo and was completely unrecognizable—so gross! I thought I’d give them another chance today and ordered an extra-large baked potato and a side of gravy to go with a family feast. What I received was barely half the size of what I had ordered, and my gravy came without the requested side. When I called to address the issue, the staff member I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive; they offered no reasonable solution. Just check their reviews on Facebook to see how terrible this place really is. Save yourself the trouble and avoid it altogether.

I paid for a quarter chicken and chips, I received a leg and chips. The attendant denied knowing what a quarter chicken is. I've been ripped off. Don't go here
