There is $12/night parking charge, even though Google here says free parking in both overview and in “about”. No free drinking water in lobby or rooms. The plastic coffee maker in the room is so tiny that it’s there probably just as an amenity in theory. You can buy drinks from the cafe bar in the lobby, a Grande latte is over $7 before tip. There is a drinking water dispenser in the gym. Location is great and quite. Easy walk to restaurants. Easy access to freeway. Porto’s Bakery and Cafe is across the street- don’t miss it!! I got all my food and drinks there.

I had a two-night reservation at this hotel, but I decided to leave after just one night due to their attempt to charge me cleaning fees for my service dogs. They claimed the dogs were barking at passersby, who were being loud, and they argued that they needed to take the room out of service for deep cleaning. However, according to ADA rules, they cannot charge me unless my dogs soil the carpet. I immediately made reservations at another hotel where I was treated with respect and decency. I also lodged a complaint with the hotel's corporate office. I will not be returning to this hotel and I recommend others with service animals to stay elsewhere.

Super outdated rooms, tiny fridge that didn't chill anything or have the vapacity to hold my water bottle or thermos! Worse, the ice machine was broken, and the clock in the room was set to the wrong time.Rooms: 2/5

Only two out of the several staff I encountered were kind. The rest were aloof and unhelpful. Tell me why there’s only one luggage cart? And the hallways were so HOT. The main part of the room was nice, but the bathroom was in disrepair. Their laundry room was also lacking, and I was told the dryer might not even be working, yet there wasn’t a sign displayed telling the guests this info. I could hear screams and train whistles from knotts, clear as day in my room
