The cash register attendant was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and efficient.

I had a delicious lunch, but I found the chicken and beef a bit dry and lacking in juiciness; they could definitely be improved. The server was lovely, though!

Jesus is the best employee of all flame brothers. This guy is the mf GOAT! I never leave reviews for anything except it's bad. But today. That guy deserves. Exceptional customer service. Make this guy your manager or VP customer service.

I have no issues with this flame broiler I've been to this one quite a few times in the past it just seem like this particular time there GrubHub wasn't working when I place the order online and they said their GrubHub on their side wasn't working so I had to wait longer to reorder my food and cancel the GrubHub one but as a food place it's not a bad place that's right across from knotts and the food gets made there pretty quick so no complaints except for that issue that's why they got a 4 star

This is probably the best place around to order online from because the food is so fresh and healthy.... I order online quite a bit and there's never been a time where it is not ready by the time I walk in the door.. best example yet was on the day after Christmas I walked in about 1:45 and the place was absolutely jam-packed so I was prepared to wait but the sole worker behind the counter saw me walk in and there was my order.. ready to go.. I would have expected him to deal with all of the other customers first of which there were about six parties in front of me to get to the register.. but that was very much appreciated..
