The Flame Broiler - Buena Park

Eating is good, service is fast, the only complaint that I wish to correct is that they do not put utensils and sauce in your pocket. If I'm in my lunch break and find out that I have nothing to eat, it'll be frustrating. They don't always remind you and many of us are in a hurry.

The only complaint I heard they had my food ready before I filled up my drinking cup. But seriously, they're QUICK! The checkout is REALLY nice and friendly. The food is on the healthy side and good tasting. I recommend it!

Friendly and efficient service. Eating usually really good. Today my rice was slightly boiled.

I love eating out and I am a very picky person. And THIS location is the BEST FLAME BROILER EVER by far! Excellent customer services, Food comes out Fast, Plenty of parking, clean location, and well organized. Their chicken, beef, tofu, veggies, and rice taste different, they are so delicious and fresh compared to other Flame Broilers that I have been to. And I as am reading their reviews from google, I DON’T understand why these people criticized this store for “ wrong order “ or “ giving them extra meat ,“ or “ weird vibe due to credit card”, etc, etc…. If YOU HAD A BAD DAY from somewhere else, DON’T BLAME the workers at the restaurant, they DID NOT do anything WRONG to you. You SHOULD BE HAPPY that they GAVE YOU EXTRA MEAT WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE … DAM ASS ! If your credit card DID NOT GO THROUGH, it means your credit card MAY HAVE SOME PROBLEMS….DAM ASS ! , don’t blame the cashier or credit card processing machine…instead CALL your bank .. (It happened to my credit cards sometimes at other different stores too ! it was for my own good FRAUD PROTECTION !

I eat here weekly because its healthy, simple and convenient. Mini all white meat chicken bowl with white rice and hot sauce nothing else. Basic and keeps your caloric intake down if you don't add sauce to the meat or veggie.
