The Yellow Chilli - Buena Park

It was CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I booked weeks in advance and met friends. I was destroyed. It was closed.

We stayed at Buena Park for vacation and had our dinner at Yellow Chili. Service, ambience and food were really nice. There are a variety of dishes from non vegetarian and vegetarian dishes. We tasted Tandoori chicken and some vegetarian appetizers, they were very delicious. Briyani was excellent and tasteful. This place is a must when you visit the Buena Park for the Knott Berry Farm amusement park. We loved it and will definitely visit again.

We had a family dinner after Thanksgiving at Yellow Chilli. The menu and food selection differs from the offers of other Indian restaurants. The best choice we have made was the choice of appetizers. They were presented very well and they tasted excellent. The only proposal would be to close the section where this restaurant usually has large meetings and parties. The party that went on was extremely loud with loud music that is not very appealing if you enjoy a nice quiet dinner together with the family.

Very subtle Indian taste. The best is the Tandoori and chicken curry.

Worst service . Did not provide silverware and had to request a set for a person. Also , server forgot to bring out one order of appetizer and has to remind him. Server was not able to even provide water refill regularly. We had to request for more water 3 times and one time had to get up and go to the bar for glass of water . We were not happy with the service so we had to sacrifice desserts and just pay the bill and leave.
