They have brought us the bread that was cut into slices since yesterday because it was very hard and on top of that they have tried to charge it. When I read that I said that this bread couldn't be eaten, he has the little shame to tell me that's the way it is because it's French... Anyway, I don't know if he thought I was a bit silly or what. But it is true that they have deducted it from my account. Also not to return.
Unbeatable food, the treatment has been cordial and very familiar. I had a pet and they let me enter the main dining room and they even brought him a bowl of fresh water. My highest recommendation for people who are on vacation in the area. Thank you very much for serving us so well. Service: 5 Location: 5
After reading the reviews, we try to avoid having dinner at the place, but we find little else open during dinner hours. There is no Russian salad or hot cheese....we ordered croquettes (good but shapeless), ham toast (sliced bread with tomato) and torreznos. Good place to have a beer or a drink, but not recommended to eat something. The bread, hard from the day before. Disappointing. By the way, there are 4 of us and they bring us 4 drinks but 3 glasses and 3 plates because they haven't realized that there are 4 of us. Anyway, we all have bad days. Probably one of the worst services I have ever received. After sitting for an hour, I was still waiting for the wine list. When it was time to bring the drink, she came half full and with a glass full of lipstick. The quality of the food, considering its price, left a lot to be desired. The waiters were very calm, to the point of having to ask up to THREE TIMES for the wine list. Without a doubt, the Casa de las Médicas is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. In addition, there were not enough people to hinder the service. The restaurant owner should rethink the management he has in the kitchen.
Exquisite food and luxury dishes, unbeatable service, I say this as an expert in the hospitality industry Service: 4 Location: 4
