Excellent food, real delicious. However pay attention to the bill. I didn’t when I saw the charge it was more than I expected . I didn’t ask for the itemized bill when I saw the total in my card it was like double. My fault for not asking for the itemized bill.

This little Italian spot in Downtown Quepos is to die for!! I had the seafood pasta and I am still dreaming about it. My husband had a traditional spaghetti and he loved it. The owner is great and true born Italian. There is only a couple of tables so try to be there early.

I have been coming here for years. Food is fresh and delicious every time. Went with a friend and we both got pasta dishes and garlic bread. Everything was on point. Highly recommended.

The spaghetti with vegetables was so wonderful I returned and had it again the next day. A burst of flavour, al dente. Perfecto! The owner who cooks and serves is an artist who makes masterpieces.

Yes, good pasta, reasonable prices and yes, antisocial owner. All true. My husband had the spaghetti bolognese and I had the spaghetti w TINY bits of salmon. The sauces were tasty and the portions adequate. Both came with garlic toast. Parmesan cheese was provided. I had a soft drink and my husband had a beer. We talked to the owner a bit about Italy and that softened his attitude somewhat. Small, simple, clean place, which would be better and more enjoyable if the owner applied the CR saying, Pura Vida.
