Chila - Buenos Aires

That was really a first-class culinary experience. Each course had incredible thoughts and purpose behind the presentation, and above all the taste. The waiting staff was absolutely top notch. My wife and I could not help but notice the young top cook in the kitchen, front and center to prepare every dish with his loyal team behind him. At the end of the night he even stopped at the table to ask how our meal was. What a treat. Would have taken more photos if I wasn't fully immersed in the enjoyment of the moment. I've eaten in fine restaurants all over the world. The cumulative experience in Chila will be hard to beat.

One of the best tasting menus I had in a while! Very recommended if you are in BsAs. Each dish was phenomenal and managed to surprise you with amazing taste and texture experience. Wine pairing was well done!

Beautiful ambience and we were surrounded by cool-helpful-young-bubbly employees. Has wine paired and had 7 different types of local wines to go with any dish. The food is unique with funny and unexpected flavors, the tinglingerie. Each dish is also very well presented.

Seriously excellent— I'm not sure why there are 1 star reviews here. The dishes were inventive, balanced and perfectly executed with a delicious wine pairing. The service was thoughtful and not intended. If the Michelin guide came to BsAs, this would be at least a 2 star. This is a must if you are in Argentina

Lovely experience at Chila, with an impressive wine pairing (especially considering the cost). Our evening also included an additional special dish which was not on the menu, and was served in the kitchen. Additional benefit that one can pay in USD cash at an attractive conversion rate.
