Making a reservation is essential as space is small. The service is excellent and sitting on the bar feels the heat of the grill. I ordered the Grill Court, which usually changes periodically, and the Chorizo of the house. The quality of the ingredients is flavored in each bite after knowing many places I came back to confirm that The Butcher is one of the best restaurants in the city.
The food is delicious and the attention is very good, it has a good choice of wines to accompany the meat and the attention is super fast. The waiters make you suggestions I agreed to what you want to eat and respect the terms of meat very well. Great tickets and spectacular grill cut. We eat dessert flan, very good and light. Super recommended place ... eye you must have reservation but it is very difficult to enter
Very rich the place and very friendly Franco who attended us. The grill cut was our favorite and is like for 2 people, we also taste the garrison bije eye that only come out 3 per day, was rich too. All the very good companions! And the super good red cryollo if you like the sweetest drinks. We spent 75 thousand pesos for the date of today that is November 16, 2023, we ate 4 people and remained to carry. We'll be back!
Great restaurant! The best meat I've ever tasted in Buenos Aires is a small letter but everything is very good. The service is unbeatable, accompany you and suggest on each dish
